As with any boat things go bad over time or you decide there's something you want to change or upgrade. Our boat, being a bit newer, hopefully has less of those projects but we've still run into multiple items we wanted to work on prior to our loop departure.
New master cabin mattress
New cabin artwork
New name on transom
Windshield shade cover
Documentation boards
Aft head conversion from manual to electric.
Forward head macerator pump replacement
Battery replacement
New helm seat
Air horn replacement
Cleaning the bilges
Dingy repairs
Teak stairs cleaning
Water heater replacement
Omnidirectional TV antenna install
GPS - radar install
High water temp alarm on exhausts
Anchor upgrade
New grill and mounting table
Windshield leak repair
Bottom paint and new zincs
Hull and topside wax
Yup, for a "turn key" loop ready boat we seem to be spending plenty of boat units getting it to our level of satisfaction! But, if it's going to be our home for the next year, now is the time to get it set up right for us.
